The Quality Apartments City Centre Newcastle is a beautiful 19th Century landmark building previously known as the Terminus Hotel. In 2012, the building was refurbished and transformed into an opulent Apartment Style Hotel offering One and Two Bedroom serviced apartments.

It is always Happy Hour at the Quality Apartments! Located at reception, our mini bar is stocked with some of NSW’s finest wines and beers. With our low prices and delightful selection, it is the perfect thing to treat yourself with after a long day of work or sightseeing!
C. Secure, Underground Parking
Our secure, underground parking is available at $18/night when booking direct, and is subject to availability. It is accessed on Bolton Street. If you set your GPS to 5 Bolton Street, the garage door will be situated at the end of Bolton on the right hand side where you will see our logo and ‘Hotel Guest Parking’ sign.
D. Kitchen & Laundry Facilities
All of our apartments have full kitchens, stocked with all the cooking tools and utensils you will need. With just a 5 minute walk to Food Works, you can easily enjoy your home cooked meals here.
Laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are located in all apartments. Detergent is also provided at no extra cost and gets restocked daily. Same day dry cleaning is also available at an additional cost.
